The newly discovered attraction that they called BUGWAK located at Brgy. Nino, Hanopol,Bohol. Bugwak. Balilihan are also blesssed with natural resources and that also attract the tourist to visit. Bugwak is a spring but their are also waterfalls and other famous attractions that tourist also can explore.


Bugwak Spring is a great place that people find in their swimming adventure. You can swim in cold water. Can take pictures in any angle you want because the view there are beautiful. You can also bring your family , relatives , friends or special someone so that they can swim the cold water and they can enjoy and relax. But be careful of the rocks because it is slippery.



The town of Balilihan , situated in the interior part of Bohol, is about 21.5 km. away from Tagbilaran City. Corella to Balilihan about 17.7 kilometers through Corella – Balilihan Road. Visiting guest may ride Fatima bus going to Balilihan. The another way that the tourist get there is by ridding a motorcycle or any vehicle or a van.
HOW TO GO/GET THERE:
It takes an hour from Tagbilaran City to Balilihan , Bohol. If you wish to travel by your own, from Tagbilaran City you may head to a Integrated Bus Station in Dao , Tagbilaran City and catch a bus going to Balilihan route. Drop off at Balilihan Public Market. To get there one must charter a “habal-habal” going to Brgy. Sto Nino, for the cost of around 30.OO php per person. Operating hour is 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. Foods were sold in the area and cottages for 200.00 php. You can bring your own food and there is also a grilling area there. And lastly there is a parking fee of 10.00 php per motorcycle or any kind of transportation and 10.00 php entrance fee per head.

Bugwak is not just a spring and make the tourist enjoy and have a smile on their faces but BUGWAK is also a source of electricity. It is also useful to many people because of a Hydro Power Plant near there.
